RCDT: Fast 2D Constrained Delaunay Triangulation
Performs 2D Delaunay triangulation, constrained or
unconstrained, with the help of the C++ library 'CDT'. A function to
plot the triangulation is provided. The constrained Delaunay
triangulation has applications in geographic information systems.
